Refund and Cancellation Policy for Volare Ceylon

At Volare Ceylon, we aim to provide reliable and fair service. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: May be subject to partial or no refund

2. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Volare Ceylon

If we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

4. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed through PayHere and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
